How to fix Emails not sending in Microsoft Outlook 2016

Make sure your internet is working and online
1. Firstly open a page on your browser and see if it loads.
2. If it does not load try reseting your internet device eg Wifi router, Hot spot etc.

Make sure that Outlook has the correct password
1. If you have recently changed your password Outlook should prompt you to type it in.
2. If Outlook is not prompting you, you will see at the bottom right of your screen that it should say password required.
3. Click on that and type it in.

Double check your server setting have not changed
1. Confirm with your email service provider that the server settings have not changed.
(this step mostly applies to POP and IMAP accounts.)
