What is considered a strong password?

A strong password is made up of a minimum of at least six characters (with more characters meaning a stronger password) which are a mix of letters, Capital letters ,numbers and special characters if possible.


How ofter should i change my password and to what?

A password should be changed one to two times a month and should not be similar to any password you have used before or have any personal infromation in it.
